The Bonus process is designed to be simple and straightforward. It starts with completing our online form and sharing a few details about you and your home. You'll be assigned a dedicated Bonus Advisor who will guide you through the process and answer any questions. If we determine that your home is a good fit, we will send you a Preliminary Offer and walk through the numbers with you.
Once you have reviewed and agreed to the Preliminary Offer, we will need to verify some details about your home and complete an in-home evaluation. After your in-home evaluation, Bonus will send you an Updated Offer. If Bonus is a fit for you, we’ll send you the terms and disclosures to complete the signing process. You’ll receive partial funding upon recording and can begin the move-out process worry-free! The remaining funds are released upon move-out.
