Yes, you can repurchase Bonus' percentage of ownership in the home at any point after the 5-year holding period. We’ll use an independent third-party appraisal to determine the market value of your property at that time. Bonus will receive the appreciation percentage corresponding to our ownership, just as if you had sold your home for its appraised value, and our partnership will end. Note, since your home will likely have a tenant during this time, we'll need 60 days' notice in order to notify and terminate the lease in accordance with state laws.
