After you move out, Bonus will take over making all payments related to the costs for your home (mortgage, taxes, insurance, HOA, etc.). We guarantee that all the payments are made on time, and you will receive updates monthly when the payments are made on your behalf. We will also handle all aspects of property management, including; tenant placement, repairs and maintenance, so you don't have to act as the landlord. As co-owners of your property, we are business partners with you. Our goal is to ensure that your property is well taken care of, for both you and Bonus.
